Clients of the Mindcore company conducting bookkeeping in Microsoft Dynamics NAV system, have already completed the financial year 2015 and are ready for reports submission. Fine system adjustments and ease of use allowed them to do without the involvement of technical support.

Ten-day New Year holidays – is traditionally a headache for bookkeepers from foreign companies with branches or representative offices in Russia. Headquarters, most commonly operate in Europe, already require reporting in early January. At the same reporting format may vary from year to year, for example, there appear new documents that need to be taken into account, or data that is necessary to reflect. In order to upload of data from the accounting systems went without any unpleasant surprises, according to preliminary agreement with the client Mindcore technical support staff take the watch.

“Last weekend before Christmas – a busy time for technicians. Readiness of the system to the closing should be checked with every customer, – shares his experience Ilya Kolosov, director of Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice at Mindcore. – Because the submission of annual reports differs from the monthly one, we conduct additional consultations with senior officials of our customers. Often the last consultation ends on 31 December with the chiming clock.”

However, in 2016 almost all the clients of the company completed fiscal year and prepared for corporate reporting on their own. Regardless of the business areas (ranging from industrial enterprises to hotels) Microsoft Navision system, tuned by Mindcore specialists worked flawlessly.

“We did not record requests for technical support on the end-year closing. This means that in each case the Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting system was adjusted to the point where even fairly complex tasks are carried out by our clients without any help. This news is pleasant for us, since it reflects the quality of provided services, and I believe, is pleasant for customers, because they do not have to pay for additional hours of tech support during the holidays, “- tells Denis Ivanov, Mindcore CEO.
